Since 2005, Mr. Duncan—a well-known youth advocate, author, and soft skills trainer—has served as the steering committee chair of the Butler Street YMCA Young Achievers Program. Along with program director, Kathleen Johnson, under Mr. Duncan’s leadership the program has tripled in size to now serving over 100 students.
